A one hour journey to the quieter place in you. The class will weave a path to peaceful living throughout yoga postures, breath work, relaxation, and meditation techniques to cope with life's stress

Please bring yoga mat & water

Add 1/2 hr hot tub or sauna to your yoga class for $5.00, please bring bathing suit and towel.

Meditation

Learn simple effective ways to reduce stress, relax your body and mind, as well as relieve tension.

Enjoy our lovely courtyard, garden and outdoor hottub available for you special gathering!

We host birthdays, bridals, baby showers, aniversary parties or a few of your good friends!
